Professional Biography
Dr. Davis is a proud fifth-generation educator and an expert in the development of high-quality teacher induction and coaching programs. To support educational organizations in developing and optimizing mentoring and coaching systems, she founded Teacher Development Network, LLC, in 2018. At Penn GSE, Dr. Davis teaches international courses on instructional coaching and building effective coaching programs through the Center for Professional Learning. She also supports the ISTR team in developing and clarifying the critical role of mentors in the residency model and creating a robust professional learning system for ISTR mentors.
