Share Your Summer: Enter Penn GSE's 2014 Summer Photo Contest

June 18, 2014 - Penn GSE students, faculty, and staff are traveling globally and engaging locally more than ever before. We invite you to share your experience with the Penn community. 

PENN GSE SUMMER PHOTO CONTEST

Penn GSE students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to submit photos of their summer activities to the 2014 Penn GSE Summer Photo Contest. Photos with an educational theme are preferred, but all entries will be considered. Submissions will close on August 31. The winner will receive a $200 Amazon gift card and his or her photograph will be displayed in the Graduate School of Education. View some of last year's entries here.

GUIDELINES AND RULES

Email photos as an attachment to gsephotocontest@gmail.com by midnight on August 31 for consideration. Submissions must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Please include the photographer’s name, contact information (email address and phone number), affiliation with GSE, and at least a 1-2 sentence description of the photo (including location) with each submission. Individuals may submit multiple photos.

PHOTO RIGHTS

By submitting a photo to the Penn GSE Summer Photo Contest, the photographer releases all rights to the image, including the right to disseminate, reuse, reproduce, display, alter, and derive works from the image, to the University of Pennsylvania. The University of Pennsylvania will own any and all rights to photos submitted. Participants assume full responsibility for permissions and clearance of all photo subjects.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The GSE community is also encouraged to share photos of their summer work on social media. Find us on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
