Professional Biography
Frances is an experienced executive coach and leader in organizational and workforce development who is passionate about designing strategies and solutions for an individual, team, and/or organization. She is skilled in large and small group facilitation. She has written and awarded several large grants to aid in employee development and to enhance local community programs.
Frances currently leads the arm of a grant awarded to Penn Medicine and Temple Health supporting leaders in long-term care. She is responsible for the strategic design and delivery of leadership professional development education to those working in long-term care in Southeastern Pennsylvania. This initiative is part of a Pennsylvania state effort to build resilient leaders post COVID-19.
She previously served as Director of Workforce Development at Penn Medicine where she designed employee pipeline programs for growth and advancement within the organization.
Frances is a lifelong learner who has earned her Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Literacy Studies from Penn GSE with a Reading Specialist Certification. She attended Temple University’s Fox School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resource Management. She is qualified to administer MBTI and trained in coaching using CliftonStrengths assessments.
She is also an active volunteer. She has coached/mentored rising female executive leaders in Women Unlimited, Inc., consulted to improve fundraising capabilities at the American Cancer Society through PennPAC (Pro bono Alumni Consulting), and is currently a community volunteer for her local school district.
Frances currently resides in Fort Washington, PA, with her husband and three kids — who are quickly leaving the nest!
