Professional Biography
Roberto Pucci is Executive Vice President, Human Resources of the Sanofi Group. He started his career in 1985 at Coopers & Lybrand in Geneva, Switzerland as an external auditor. He then joined Hewlett-Packard (HP) in 1987, where he held various positions in human resources in Switzerland and Italy, including HR Manager for the European headquarters and Human Resources Director in Italy. In 1999, he became Director, Compensation & Benefits for Agilent Technologies, a spin off from HP, and was appointed Vice President, Human Resources Europe in 2003. In 2005, Pucci moved to the United States to join Case New Holland, a subsidiary of the Fiat Group, as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and in 2007 was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources for the Fiat Group in Torino, Italy. He was appointed to his present position as Executive Vice President, Human Resources of the Sanofi Group in Paris, France in October 2009. Mr. Pucci holds a law degree from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
