Education Policy, M.S.Ed.

International Development Studies, B.A.  McGill University

Currently, I am completing my M.S.Ed in Education Policy at the University of Pennsylvania and working at the Consortium of Policy Research in Education. I got my start in education as a teacher in Boston, Massachusetts, where I also completed my Masters in Instruction at the Charles Sposato Graduate School of Education. As a teacher, I pioneered a sexual health curriculum, designed my own common-core aligned curriculum, and worked daily to advance high quality instruction in low-income school districts. I recognized my passion for education policy and applied education research as a Teach Plus policy fellow, where I worked to understand how new ESSA regulations impact turnaround schools in Massachusetts. After graduation, I plan to pursue this interest as a doctoral student.
