Professional Biography
Katharine earned her B.A. in History and Art History at Columbia University in 2005 and her M.Ed. at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2010. She spent 9 years teaching at St. Mark's School in Southborough, MA, 7 of those as the Department Chair of the History and Social Sciences Department, and 4 of those as the Director of the St. Mark's Saturday Program, managing experiential education classes as a core component of the school's curriculum. She returned to her alma mater, Milton Academy, in 2019, and has been a mentor in the Independent School Teaching Residency program as well as the Program Director, has served 3 years on the Teaching and Learning Team, and teaches World and U.S. History in the Upper School.
