Dr. Sade Bonilla is an Assistant Professor in the College of Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She was a 2018 Spencer/NAEd Dissertation Fellow, an Institute of Education Sciences (IES) fellow and recipient of the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) Equity and Inclusion Fellowship. Her research focuses on K-12 education policy with a particular emphasis on high school to college transitions and career and technical education. As a doctoral student she was affiliated with the Center for Education Policy Analysis at Stanford. Prior to her doctoral studies she was a Harvard Strategic Data Project (SDP) fellow with Albuquerque Public Schools.
