Educators of Color Recruitment Fair

Join us virtually for the annual DVCEE Educators of Color Recruitment Fair. This fair is for teachers and administrators of color who are interested in exploring career opportunities with our member districts. Meet and network with Human Resources representatives and staff of color from Consortium Member Districts.

We will hold our Educators of Color Virtual Fair on May 14, 2020. Appointments will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. More details on specific district meeting opportunities can be found on our registration page. 

• We are asking educators that wish to participate to register using the link on this page. You will have an opportunity to tell us more about yourself and to schedule a 5-minute introductory meeting with districts participating in the Virtual Fair. Educators will receive an appointment confirmation a few days after signing up. Please register for an appointment by May 7th.
• Districts that are scheduling their own appointments will have access to the database and may reach out to schedule appointments with educators whose skills match their job openings. 
• We have asked districts to share a quick snapshot of their work and community and we have compiled the districts’ documents and videos here. More will be added in the next week or so. Please browse as you decide which districts you’d like to meet with. You can also find out more by going to their websites.
