GSE Clean-up Week (For Staff & Faculty)

In partnership with the Committee on Social Responsibility and Community-Building Committee, please join your colleagues this week in sprucing up our work areas and supporting sustainability. We will have extra cleaning supplies around and swap meeting spaces to give away office items you no longer need/want to colleagues and our partner schools in West Philly.


Supplies:

• Sanitizing wipes have been placed in a variety of locations on each floor and more will be regularly distributed. If you need more, contact the Facilities Team.

• Common area trash cans are available for moderate amount of trash. For the disposal of larger amounts, trash bags have been placed in common areas throughout each building (listed below). Place filled bags by common area trash receptacles or outside your office door for disposal.
• 3700 Walnut elevator entrances
• Stiteler 2nd floor lounge
• 3440 Market, 3rd floor conference room 372
• 3440 Market, 5th floor hallway outside main conference rooms

• Shredding bins are located on each floor for disposal of confidential documents. Additional plastic bags are available in common areas for larger volumes of documents

Swap Meeting Spaces:

• 3700 Walnut, Room 203
• 3400 Market, Room 502 Foyer

• Drop off and browse all week until Friday 12pm.
• We will also have boxes to collect used batteries.
• If you're part of the GSE Passport program, donating will earn you a stamp. 


Suggested items to donate:

• Folders/binders
• Desk/drawer organizers
• Notepads/notebooks
• Rulers/scissors/tape
• Pens/pencils/sharpeners
• Appropriate books

Unclaimed items will be donated to the Henry C. Lea and Penn Alexander schools.
