Join the Philadelphia Writing Project for our concluding panel on the “Hidden Histories of African American Women in Philadelphia from the 1700s to the present."

The evening will include a public reception that highlights and celebrates the work of teachers and students as we consider what it means to build a more perfect union. Participants will be invited to explore the African American Museum exhibit “Rising Sun on American Democracy.”
Free for teachers and museum educators. The first 10 registered will receive a copy of Unearthing Joy by Gholdy Muhammad.
