GSE staff and faculty, please join us for one or more activities to take a break, connect with colleagues , and spread the loving energy around. 

 

  • Monday, 2/14, 12-1pm: Trivia Lunch Break - Online via Zoom
    • GSE's Community and Social Responsibility Committee (CSRC) invites you to a themed trivia game starting at 12:15pm. Winning team will get swag. Can’t make the full hour? Feel free to stop by as your schedule permits. RSVPs are appreciated but not required.
  • Tuesday, 2/15, 4-5pm, Wine Down Yoga - In Person @ Stiteler Forum
    • What’s better than flowers and chocolates for some people? Yoga and wine! Bring a friend and enjoy some soulful, heart-opening yoga poses to get you in your feels. RSVPs are appreciated but not required.
  • Wednesday, 2/16, 3:30-5pm: Staff Service Celebration - Online via Zoom (RSVP by 2/14)
    • Let's celebrate our staff members with 10 or more years of service, recognizing their five-year service milestones. There'll be stories, music, and grab-and-go treats for those who register.
  • Thursday, 2/17, 3:30-5pm: The Loving Story Watch Party - Hybrid @ 3700 Room 200 & via Zoom (RSVP by 2/14)
    • Join us for a viewing and discussion of the Emmy and Peabody award-winning documentary of Richard and Mildred Loving, the Civil Rights era love story that led to the landmark U.S Supreme Court decision around interracial marriage. Movie snacks provided in-person.
  • Friday, 2/18, 10-10:45am: Tai Chi Workshop - Online via Zoom (RSVP by 2/14)
    • Let’s zoom to China to learn the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong with an experienced instructor. These ancient wellness practices have many physical and mental benefits. We’ll go through simple and gentle stretches and exercises together that move our whole body.
