Join us for Dr. Jesse Rothstein's seminar "“The Role of Social Safety Net Programs in College Student Success."

Jesse Rothstein is professor of public policy and economics at the University of California, Berkeley, where he holds the Carmel P. Friesen Chair in Public Policy and the David Pierpont Gardner Chair in Higher Education. He is the co-director of the California Policy Lab and the director of the Center for Studies in Higher Education. Rothstein’s research examines education policy, tax and transfer policy, and the labor market.

The Spring Speaker Series is a great opportunity to engage with leading experts in education research.The series is hosted by Penn's IES Predoctoral Training Program and open to all Penn students, faculty, and staff.  While we prefer all in-person attendance, a virtual option is available  as well.
