It’s been a difficult time for everyone, and many of us have focused our efforts on helping others, at work and at home. But when caregivers neglect to take time for self-care, extreme stress and destructive behaviors can surface.
Understanding how to avoid burnout and practice self-help can provide a roadmap to recharge and re-energize. Together, we’ll discuss how to promote our well-being while caring for others.
