What is the Mental Health Summit?
The Summit equips teams from school districts and educational organizations to improve their school districts’ mental health capacity.
Teams will learn how to:
- develop comprehensive mental health and development strategic plans for their organizations,
- utilize the Penn GSE/CCIU Mental Health Toolbox to support student and adult development of mental health competencies and the ability to utilize an array of mental health strategies, and
- use improvement science techniques to build effective teams and implement action plans.

Who should come to the Summit?
Teams of 3–6 comprising organizational leaders, such as directors of student/pupil services and/or other central office leaders, building leaders, counselors, and teacher leaders should attend.
