This session focuses on the mindsets, inner-resources, and skills that leaders need to enact transformative leadership focused on equity, relational trust, and wellbeing in this time of radical flux. What is required of leaders now requires that they cultivate a radical growth mindset for crisis leadership and equitable organizational development. This helps leaders foster the conditions to identify and address current struggles as living texts that advocate for critical intersectional inclusivity and racial justice in and beyond education.
