This pandemic might have resulted in us being on zoom for several hours a day taking classes or doing meetings. Through this workshop we will look at ways on how our online work might affect us physically and mentally. We will look at strategies that might help us manage our online meetings with other activities that help us take a break. We will look at ways we can incorporate some healthy activities during the day so that our virtual commitments do not take a toll on our health. Through our group discussion we will look at coping strategies that we can adopt that might benefit us in this new virtual system.
