Penn’s Graduate School of Education has been ranked #3 in U.S. News & World Report’s 2018 rankings for graduate schools of education. The ranking marks the school’s highest performance ever, and the sixth consecutive year Penn GSE has been in the top 10.
Penn GSE now has a total of 13 AERA Fellows, representing more than half of the school’s full professors. Penn is the only university with more than one faculty member granted the prestigious research honor in 2017.
At the 2016 American Educational Research Association annual conference, Vivian Gadsden, Richard Ingersoll, Laura Perna, and Howard Stevenson were four of 32 scholars sharing research in the Ed-Talk format.
The Teaching Fellowship provides early-career, high school math and science teachers with support and professional development to improve STEM education.
